Blumers made a daunting and stressful situation as manageable and straightforward as it could be. Their regular and professional contact and guidance throughout the entire process gave me comfort and confidence and I did always feel like I was in very good hands. Prior to commencing the process I really had no idea on what to expect, what was involved, who I should be talking to or even if I really wanted to go down that pathway. Following the initial consult, where Blumers detailed the process and what to expect, I actually spent several months thinking about whether I wanted to go down that pathway and Blumers didn’t pressure me in anyway. I am very grateful to Blumers and my particular lawyer as I always felt very supported. At no time did I feel pressured or that I was just another case and a pay check. Blumers genuinely made me feel that they were there to ensure I got the best outcome in an ethical and professional manner. Definitely not ambulance chasers! My case was a medical negligence issue that was extremely complex. These guys kept me informed and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. Very happy, highly recommend.
