From the first meeting right through to settlement the level of professionalism was outstanding. Amy set clear expectations at the beginning which meant that the only surprises were good ones. I expected I would need to do more work myself but once the process started I felt as though Blumers took the lead and followed up on matters in a timely manner. I could not be happier with the experience. Amy Burr provided leadership to those working on my claim that was inspiring. At all times I felt at ease with the knowledge that my claim had true oversight. That being said all interactions with staff at Blumers were good.
