I had a work injury and had seen a doctor to rectify the injury, which required a medical operation. After the operation I was suffering a greater pain, which was worse then the pain from the injury prior to the operation. I had asked my workcover lawyer at the time, if I could sue the doctor who performed the operation. To which he reply that it was impossible to sue a Doctor in Western Australia. By chance I heard a Blumers radio ad, I made a call and went in and had a meeting with Nicky Speight and Ian Murray. They were straight up and honest, saying I may have a claim, and they would assess it and get back me. In the end they told me I had a claim and proceeded with it. I would like to thank Both Nicky and Ian for the very favourable outcome at the pretrial conference. Also to the rest of the team I dealt with, Harrison and Susie who were very helpful with any questions. I highly recommend Blumers, They are definitely 5 Star Lawyers!
